Forest Protocol is built by the team behind Zeeverse, one of the very few Web3 gaming studios that survived multiple cycles and kept building. Backed by leading investors such as Twitch’s founder, TreasureDao, Mechanism Capital and more, Zeeverse has been in active development for over four years with a studio of 100+ people who built everything from the ground up: the game engine, the in-game economy, the asset infrastructure, and the entire settlement backbone powering a living on-chain world.
Zeeverse's in-game assets - Masks, Items, and Zee - have accumulated a combined volume of +200 ETH on OpenSea which are not speculative assets but are functional assets inside a game economy that has been running and evolving for years.
This depth of experience and proof of concept is rare in Web3. The infrastructure works because it was already proven inside a real game, over years. It is the foundation Forest Protocol is built on.
Everything Zeeverse built over four years, the settlement layer, the game economy mechanics, the asset infrastructure, the on-chain integration, is now the engine powering Forest Protocol through Forest Playkit.
When we launched the Playkit, the goal was simple: let any builder connect their game to Forest Protocol's economy and offer a living on-chain economy. Wallet connection, token balances, in-game trading - all handled through the protocol. No smart contracts, no backend. It worked. Builders shipped dozens of games. Players used them. The Stack Play Campaign proved the model at scale first.
But as more games launched, the future became more clear and the agentic vision came into focus.
Playkit was built for both. Human builders, indie studios, and independent developers can ship on-chain games with full economic infrastructure today. AI agents, using Forest's published AI skill, can build, deploy, and run on-chain game economies autonomously on the same infrastructure.
For the first time, building an on-chain game economy requires nothing more than a builder and an idea. The infrastructure handles the rest.
The first real-world showcase of Forest Playkit was the Forest Studios initiative and its first incubation, Acid Gamez. Multiple games, Stack, Gold Miner, Diamond Miner, and Doorz, were built and launched on Forest Playkit, played by a combined +2500 players, with +$20K in game rewards won by the players via Forest Playkit.

Since the Acid Gamez initiative, independent builders have begun shipping their own games on Forest Playkit. Dozens of new games have launched, attracting hundreds of additional players and distributing significant in-game rewards each one a new proof point that the infrastructure works beyond a single studio.
The next step is establishing Forest Playkit as the backbone of on-chain gaming on BNB Chain.
Forest Builder lets anyone describe an idea and deploy a fully on-chain game or app with a token economy in minutes with no coding required. More studios will join Forest Studios. More agents will build on the same infrastructure. Every new game adds volume, players, and value to the same $FOREST flywheel.
The goal is simple: make Forest Protocol the economy layer every on-chain game on BNB Chain is built on whether the builder is a human, a studio, or an AI agent.
The infrastructure Zeeverse spent four years building is now live and accessible to everyone.
