The Story So Far

When Forest Protocol launched last year with V1 through Binance Wallet IDO, the mission was clear: fix broken token launches, solve the distribution problem, and give creators real control over how their tokens go to market.

V2 pushed that mission further. Customized templates, games attached to every token, customizable bonding curves, and the SEED economy all designed to give tokens utility and retention from the first second of launch. A full flywheel economy built to generate value for creators, holders, and communities.

To scale this mission and bring it to more builders, Forest Protocol is now launching Forest Studios before Forest Protocol V3.

The Vision

Forest Studios exists to empower game creators, indie studios, and independent builders who want to distribute and monetize their work inside a functioning economy, not launch into the void.

GameFi 1.0 was broken. Games and their tokens launched into nothing. No liquidity, no communities, no economies. Creators burned out, players moved on, and most projects disappeared within weeks.

GameFi 2.0 is what Forest Protocol is building towards. Creators build games with economies designed around their needs. They distribute through a flywheel that rewards participation. And they access communities and economies through Forest Protocol's existing infrastructure, not from a cold start.

To make that happen, Forest Studios backs creators and small studios through grants, investments, and partnerships. Studios get access to Forest Protocol's gaming building infrastructure, distribution, full tool suite and SDKs everything they need to build on-chain apps, deploy games, and plug into the economy layer without reinventing the wheel. Communities get early access to new experiences with real participation upside.

It's a two-way relationship: creators build, distribute and scale over Forest Protocol’s economy, while the communities engage where both sides are benefiting from the shared economy underneath.

This is how GameFi scales on BNB Chain without repeating the mistakes of the last cycle backed by the Zeeverse team, who bring over 10 years of gaming industry experience and dozens of shipped games to the table.

What's Next

Forest Studios has been in motion behind the scenes for a while now. The first studio to launch games and experiences on Forest Protocol is locked in and we're announcing it very soon.

The reveal will come with dedicated campaigns, early access opportunities, and community reward programs designed to give holders and players the first seat at the table.

Further down the line, applications to join Forest Studios will open for builders on BNB Chain.
